郑伟梁博士是资深的教育工作者、CTC（Canadian Test Centre）教育出版社的社长。他编写Canadian Achievement Test (CAT) 于 2008年完成第四版，全国许多多学校正广泛使用。

郑伟梁与妻子罗敏舒女士育两个儿子，长子子杨（Jonathan）现职记者；次子子刚（Mark）现职研究员。 郑伟梁是城北华人基督教会会友，参与成人主日学教导工作凡30年。

他的著作包括【植樹者的梦】和【筑桥者的梦】。他热爱生命，对树木情有独钟；他对植树植人的生命热忱，乃基于他对耶稣基督的信仰。

Dr. Ernest Cheng, a graduate of OISE, University of Toronto, is an educator and publisher. He is the Managing Director of CTC（Canadian Test Centre）and the creator of the Canadian Achievement Test (CAT) series, now in its fourth edition. This assessment series is being used widely by schools across Canada.

Ernest is married to Maisy and they have two sons, Jonathan, 28, and Mark, 25. Ernest is a member of the Richmond Hill Chinese Community Church and has been a Sunday school teacher for 30 years. He is the author of A Tree Planter’s Dream and A Bridge Builder’s Dream. His faith in Jesus Christ finds expression in his passion for trees and the welfare of youths.
